Terrible dead plant

Ordered a plant online on Sunday. Received ph call on Monday from florist to say they dont have stock. Asked if they can deliver on tuesday. Received the ugliest plant on tuesday! Half dead. Logged a complaint with kim in call centre, she told me that they will deliver a new plant on wednesday. This plant lookec evrn worse than the first one. Send it back with the driver. Phd again complained again,was told that the teamleader will ph me back. Still waiting
