Terrible customer services

Terrible experienced. I asked for my order to be canceled. Yet they show up today despite asking for a cancelation. So I sent them away and told them to cancel. They further mark my order as delivered when my Fiancé did not receive anything!!!!! Very very bad services. I don't recommend using it because they are very sketchy and shady as there is no one to contact for complaints nor have they given me my refund as yet!!!!
