Terrible customer service and experienced received from netflorist

To whom it may concern,

I am very disappointed with the service experienced from netflorist. On Monday I order two items (order number ***) for delivery on the 26th of November 2019 and only one was delivered. I contacted one of your employees via the live chat and they confirmed it would be delivered later that day on the 26th.

This obviously didnt occur. I contacted your complaints department and they confirmed the reason for non delivery was due to the recipient not being available which is bull**** because there were a number of other deliveries which came on that day from other more reliable service providers. Furthermore your complaints department employee confirmed that it would be delivered today the 27th November 2019. This obviously didnt occur and I have not recieved any notification of the reason why.

The 26th was my wifes birthday and I wanted to make her feel special. But the absolutely terrible service from netflorist personal and the fact that they do not follow up is shocking.

Their service is shocking and they have a completely useless complaints department. I also see quite a few similar reviews being posted. This means they do not give a shot about their customers
