Terrible customer service

There is no communication, for an e-commerce platform the fact that there is only support from 8-5 does not make sense.

The whole point in using this service is because of seeming like I could decide on the delivery date. That promised delivery date has now passed, and makes the whole purpose of the gift irrelevant.

There is frustration from the moment they take your money, customer service is non existent, tracking orders does not work and the best eta I can get is "soon"

I will not support this company again
