Terrible customer service

Placed an order for a Fathers Day gift, which reflected as successful and the money was deducted from my account yet the company informed me that no order was placed on their end. When trying to follow up on this they ignored several of my emails and my Instagram message. I do not recommend NetFlorist if this is their pathetic customer service.
