Terrible Customer Care

I placed an order of over R1500 and tried to phone and ask for it to be delivered at a specific time, after being advised that they cannot give me a specific time it will be delivered i asked if there was maybe someone i could please speak too to assist me as i was getting the package delivered to a school and the person was leaving at a specific time and the man that i spoke to at the customer care was extremely rude to me. i will never be using these services again as when one spends over R1500 on flowers and gets spoken to rudely what do you expect in return. I am extremely disappointed in your customer care!
