Terrible condition of goods

I quite often use NetFlorist and recently received a chocolate bouquet. Upon arrival the bouquet was completely melted - the wrapping, tissue paper etc. was covered in chocolate to such an extent that I couldn't even unwrap anything without making a giant mess and had to put everything straight into the trash. Does your delivery vehicles not have aircon? I will definately not be using NetFlorist again. What a waste of money.
