Terrible communication, terrible delivery, occasion ruined

Terrible communication & terrible delivery which has not arrived, a mother's day gift I ordered on the 8th of May to be delivered on the 10th of May thinking it's enough time for them to atleast have everything in check and delivered by the 10th, I reached out to them gave them my ref no. They said they'd reach back out they didnt I reached out again they said by 8pm it should be here it didn't arrive ... ordering from them was a waste
