Terrible communication and service.

Very disappointed. NetFlorist ruined the one day they were supposed to be on the best.

Ive ordered flowers and perfume for my wife on Valentine's Day, the flowers was out for delivery at 2pm based on their tracker. The perfume was out for delivery at 2:43 and was delivered at 5:28. The flowers was nerver delivered. How can u committ to the order + delivery and create such a disappointment. An now you want to deliver the flowers 3 days later without communicating and think that is ok!
