Terrible

Good day I have been ordering from Net-florist for a while and every delivery was messed up, delivery was not complete or incorrect with lame excuses. flowers arrive in buds, add on items on a separate delivery yet its just one order, on personalized gifts incorrect name printed, generic card with half the message printed and all they say is sorry. get well soon gift a happy birthday teddy sent. i call in and complain but it feels like my complain falls on deaf ears. in the month of October 2 deliveries was messed up, in the month of July 01 was messed up, mothers day messed up as well. Month of may messed up again, March the flowers arrived in a bud. how many bad services does one need to experience to get to have a correct delivery done. Regards Unhappy Customer
