Terrible and unprofessional service

Terrible and Unprofessional I placed an order for over a R1000 on Wednesday the 15th to be delivered on the 16th for a persons Birthday. Only one parcel was delivered. After querying it today on the 16th and informing their consultant I spoke to on the phone, and informed him it needs to be delivered by 1:30pm today Friday the 17th, It still was not delivered. If you planning on sending something special and want to place an order, I strongly advise you not to make use of netflorist. Use Interflora, they are much more organised and professional. This is the type of business where deliveries not made on time is not an option as it's deliveries for a special occasion, so if it's not received on time, it defeats the whole purpose. To top it I was charged 2 delivery fees for an order placed on one order to the same place!!!!!
