Terrible!

I ordered flowers for my wife, she received it as expected however there are issues. <br> <br> 1. the card she received (which i paid extra for) is incorrect, it is from Craig?! I assume the message and card has been mixed with someone by this name. I assume Craigs partner received a card with my name! <br> <br> 2. The vase is cracked. <br> <br> 3. I requested for this to be fixed and have yet to receive a response since Friday. <br> <br> Horrible service and no attempt to rectify the situation. First and last time i use Netflorist!
