TERRBILE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I ordered a set of personalized donuts from Netflorist for my mom's birthday. The date had been agreed upon and I followed up about the address as my mom lives a bit out of town and I was re assured that it is within their delivery radius and that I can rest assured that my mom will receive her gift on her birthday. Needless to say this was not the case, I was fed lies throughout the process and it is now days later and the delivery has still not been done. There was absolutely no communication nor apology, if I did not follow up I still wouldn't know what was going on. Their customer service (or should I say utter lack thereof) is absolutely revolting, completely unprofessional & inadequate. This was the first time using them and I will never be using them again, nor will I recommend their service to anyone. I hate that I have to write a bad review about this but I feel this is the only way to get results nowadays as people simply do not care about customer service anymore.
