Telephonic order

Called in to make an order because i was struggling to win with the online plus I'm not comfortable putting my banking details on the net, i rather do the EFT. anyway... i called in and i spend closed to 20 min on the phone with consultant on the 7th Feb 2018 before 10 am and i give her my details and she promise to email me my order and banking details as i need to make payment before my parcel can be send out. mind you i inform the consulted it for my friend's birthday on the 8th Feb 2018 and reassure me that it be delivered to my friend on her birthday and she give me my reference number before the end of our conversation.

waited the whole day for the email and nothing... i was busy at work when i got a chance to call in it was too late, I send an email with my reference number so that first thing the following day i can be helped. On the 8th Feb, I didn't receive and call or email . the only thing i received its an auto respond.

had to make plan b as i was not helped...

on the 9th Feb that's when I receive an email with my order and bank details at 13:40 pm, its the after my friends birthday what am i going to do with that invoice because the reason why i wanted it has passed. i ask on the email, no respond...

highly disappointed..

Partner always order staff and always sing all glory about it but i had a **** service, & its been over a year since i saw my friend n this happen..
