Technical issues and printing mistakes

Placing the order was terribly difficult due to technical issues the site was having. I tried 4 different payment methods before it eventually worked. Despite phoning the helpline, logging out and refilling my shopping cart each time.

The package did arrive on time, however only half the message was printed on the card. Don't know if it is related to the other technical issues they were having.
