Tebogo and Netflorist are *******

Two weeks ago, my dad fell ill and decided to send him a fruit basket with some chocolates. I'm not able to see my parents as I reside in CPT and they live in Jhb. After the fruit basket was delivered, I noticed that the added chocolates was not included. I spoke to tebogo and told him I spent R150 extra on chocolates that was not included, and tebogo then said chocolates can not be included in the area that I wanted the delivery to take place? I told tebogo any chocolates is fine, it's really easy to come by because my parents live in a normal residential address and he insisted no, I can't have chocolates delivered to them. I found this really appalling and asked tebogo to get management to phone me. Tebogo told me he will get senior management to phone me however they won't be able to assist. No one has bothered to phone me, and i've not been reimbursed for the chocolates which I paid for. Are netflorist *******?? I paid R800 for a medium sized fruit basket and a box of chocolates and this is the type of service I received?? I would really need someone to phone me back about this before I escalate this.
