If you want to surprise a loved one at work and end up having to tell them to wait until 17h30 because "we cannot guarantee delivery times" I would certainly recommend. Surprise ruined, and my wife had to wait in her car outside of her office for twenty minutes past the "Estimated delivery time" just for me to hear there are two more deliveries before it reaches her.
