Surprise ruined!

I had a very bad experience with netflorist today. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at work for our wedding anniversary and that delivery was not done.

No communication at all from the delivery driver the entire day.ZERO regard for failure to deliver to customers. For the type of business Netflorist does -they sure took the surprise out of a special day. Extremely disappointing service. Would not recommend them.
