Super response to a complaint!

I ordered a chocolate gift hamper for my husband and it was delivered in a polystyrene box to prevent the chocolates from melting. When he started eating the chocolates, they tasted like polystyrene. I contacted Netflorist and they immediately collected the gift and delivered a new one. Great service - I am very impressed!
