Such a let down

Yesterday i ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother for her birthday. I later received mail confirming she had received the order. I was surprised to get home after work and not see the flowers. I called their offices and was attended to by a very polite and patient consultant. We were on the phone for about an hour while she tried to figure out the mishap. Turned out the driver delivered at the wrong house, and some random person accepted the order that was meant for my mother. The consultant promised she would contact me first thing this morning and still nothing from you. I'm very disappointed, this experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
