STOP! Don't use Netflorist.

Safe yourselves the disappointment and rather go shop somewhere else!!

A pity that the lowest one can rate is a 1, I'm very hesitant to use the 1, but will rather do that than let people still make use of Netflorist. I hope that this rating will deter at least someone from making use of their services.

I ordered a gift on Tuesday and selected it to be delivered on the Thursday. Well the delivery guy did rock up without my package..... telling me he forgot they actually did tell him that they didn't load my package. But no worries, it still will be delivered that day, if NetFlorist did not message me something else.

I waited and waited and closely monitored the gate, to make sure I do not miss the next delivery guy. Well nobody pitched.

I phoned on Friday morning and there they tell me the delivery guy did phone me and I was not at home...... Total lies!!!! No missed calls and there is no way I could have missed a delivery, as my 8 year old ran to the window with every car passing by.

So I was promised they will deliver it still on the Friday. To only get the very exciting message that Netflorist has a surprise to deliver to me on Saturday and I must let them know if I am available!!! If I had another choice, I would have cancelled the order.

But was just thinking how disappointing it would have been if this was an actual gift I had delivered to someone on their real birthday.

So please be warned that you might not be lucky in getting your gift to a loved one in time.
