Still waiting for the delivery

I've ordered a flowers for a friend to be delivered yesterday (Wednesday). I've received a mail saying the order was delivered and signed for by Likahan (whom I don't know from a bar of soap) at No 84 (no Street name or area mentioned whatsoever). When I phoned they said it was delivered at my neighbour seeing that there was no one at my given address - there was people from 5am until 7pm. I haven't selected the option to deliver my parcel anywhere but at the selected address so how can the driver decide to deliver my parcel anywhere without making the necessary arrangements with me? Needless to say, it is 10am now and my friend still haven't received her gift. I would've thought she would be first on the delivery schedule for today seeing that they have messed it up yesterday?!
