Still waiting for a Father’s Day gift...!

Very disappointed with the service that I received. I ordered something for Father’s Day and still have not received it! I had to place the order twice as the first time I ordered ...and paid for it... it was not processed and they didn’t let me know. I had to follow up and was informed that I had to place the order again and that it was now going to be delayed! I placed the order again, but still haven’t received it. This has been going on since the 15th of June. It is now the 29th and nothing has been delivered.

I have now contacted multiple consultants, who have each provided multiple excuses and different reasons for the delay and lack of communication. Very frustrated and disappointed at this stage. I received an apology email indicating that it will be delivered today...still nothing...and no communication. This is beyond ridiculous now.
