Still waiting and no delivery

I've ordered flowers for my girlfriend on the 11th of February 2015 to be delivered on the 13th February 2015. No delivery was **** by 16h00 on 13th February 2015. I've phone Netflorist and after waiting for an hour I was promised that the driver was in the vicinity and would make the delivery.<br> <br> It went went on the tracking feature \IN TRANSIT"to \""TO SUCCESSFULLY PLACED\"" WHAT?????<br> <br> No delivery was made and my GF is still waiting....<br> <br> As I am working in Saudi"
