Still waiting

This is the second time that Net-florist has failed me. I use them to send birthday flowers etc to my family members that don't live in Johannesburg (P.E. and Durban specifically) but both times I have had to call the relative to explain that they will not be receiving any gifts from me on their birthday because of net-florist. The most recent incident, I gave specific extra instructions to have a package delivered at a specific time and even gave an alternate address if the package is delivered later. The delivery service arrived at the first address after the specified time looking for the recipient. Do the drivers not read the instructions? If not, why do you even have extra instructions on the order form? I called the call center to try and find out where my package was because the webpage tracking section merely said that it was \Out for delivery". Please bare in mind that my previous order is still marked as \""being prepared\"" and was actually delivered 3 weeks ago. Anyway"
