Still no refund after a month

Terrible service. Placed an order on 24 July 2023 for delivery on 4 August but cancelled it on 25 July. Today it is 23 August 2023. I am still waiting for my refund. They keep telling me that the refund will be processed within 3 days or that the refund has been made. Still no refund has been received on my side. They are blatantly lying!

I have ordered from them several times in the past but will never use them again. Useless customer service and holding on to money that does not belong to you does not make for a good service provider.
