Still no call back

I have no words to even bother to complain. Your service is absolutely pathetic. No customer service whatsoever. Your agents make it the customers fault if the delivery didn't take place. Each call placed was 10 minutes to find out where the driver is. Only to get a response "my driver advised he has one more delivery then you" yet that wasn't my question!!
