*****ing fees and dont deliver all items as ordered

Pathectic company, first i made a package for my mum and dad birthday, deliveruy to 1 address and they wanted to charge me 3 delivery fees, when quaries this i was awarded a discount on the deliveries but still no reason as to why there was 3 delivery fees to 1 address. then when placed the order over the phone no one told me that the items will be delivered seperately - no my gift set tahts supposed to be a 3 piece gift set with a clue note as fun for mum and dad now makes no sence as half the gift is not there!!!! what **** is this!
