Stay away from NetFlorist

I ordered the Chocolate Addiction Doughnuts with personalized message for my dads birthday end of July 2020. The message on the donuts that was delivered stated: "Love and miss you Mandla" but the message was supposed to be: "Lekker verjaar Pa, Liefde". The donuts did not look good at all. If they were given to me, I would not eat them.

On their shop, you type in the message and then have to confirm that the personalisation details entered are correct and agree to the conditions of purchase. They emphasize that it's the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct personalisation information is given to NetFlorist.

I emailed Netflorist to let them know about this mistake. They rep**** and said it will be investigated and offered me 100 voucher for the inconvenience. Why would I accept a voucher just to spend more money and be disappointed again? I wish I had seen the other reviews on Hellopeter before I ever purchased from them. My advice - do not waste your money.
