Stay away from Netflorist!!!!

Hi have received terrible service from Netflorist. Ordered a special occasion gift a few days ago that still has not been delivered. After phoning Netflorist (9 times), talking to them on Facebook and using the help desk chat option on their website, my parcel still has not been delivered. Each time I contact them, they promised that it would have been delivered yesterday already... in total that was 5 lies (or empty promises... call it what you want). I would not recommend Netflorist as this order was for s special occasion that has now already passed, the delivery thereof would now be useless.
