STAY AWAY FORM NETFLORIST

They are the worst. Please dont be tempted by the pretty pictures and false promise. they dont deliver on time, ever. The confirm they will deliver by a certain date. When you then query why it was not delivered, they say the item was only collected on that day, and then it takes more time to get delivered. But why the hell do you falsely give me a specific date of delivery? They are overpriced, their delivery fee PER ITEM is a joke, you never get exactly hyou ordered. Really, there are much better gift delivery services out there. This was not the 1st issue I have had, but it is the last. They are outrageous.
