Status: stuck on Order item is being prepared

On the 18th March I ordered flowers to be delivered on the next day, 19th March. The flowers have still not been delivered. The status on the online tracking has not changed since 19th March from Order item is being prepared. The flowers were ordered for a special occasion which has now been missed. Really disappointed in Netflorist because this is the second time I have been dropped by them. The first time was a year ago they delivered a bouquet of flowers that was a 1/4 of the advertised photo. I was sent a slab of chocolate for the inconvenience but this time no flowers have arrived.
