Status says delivered but never received the gift

My gift says it's been delivered at 10pm. To whom, I don't know. Nobody answers phone or email. I placed an order on the 12th of Feb to be delivered on the 14th and it was still a fail. I Could have used my 700 better honestly. I'm both sad and disappointed
