Spoilt suprise and wilted flowers!

My order was placed on Tuesday 30/08/22 @ 16H02 for delivery on Thursday 1/09/22. I wanted to select Premium delivery, to make sure my wife recieved her gift on time while she was at work so it could be a big surprise, but only standard delivery was available! I spoke to Zandile through your messaging service on your webpage and asked her at 14H00 on the 01/09/22 when my gift will be delivered as my wifes work closes at 16H30, I was told that delivers to business happen between 07H30 to 17H30. I then asked Zandile what happens if the delivery arrives after my wife's work closes...she told me that the flowers will come back to the hub and a new arrangement will be done and be sent for delivery again the next day. I was also informed that should I wish to cancel my order (which I never said I wanted to) there will be a 15% service charge. My wife came home and said out of the blue..."I don't think your Netflorist flowers are going to be delivered today", so I asked her how did she know. She proceeded to explain to me that she recieved a phone call from the delivery driver at 17H00 saying that Netflorist had a delivery for her but her business was closed. The driver then asked for our home address so Netflorist could deliver the flowers at home. 19H00 my wife gets a call to say the driver is outside the gate to deliver her flowers!! I fetched the flowers and am not impressed!! The driver delivers flowers in a red Toyota Yaris, so they have been in the drivers boot since 07H21 this morning (01/09/22) with no water or cool air on a hot day! So the suprise was not a surprise anymore and the flowers (24 Roses) have wilted due to no water the whole day! I have never had an experience like this with Netflorist and I always order from them for special occasions, this was an utter disappointment and letdown for my 5th wedding anniversary gift to my wife!

The least you could have done was to take the wilted flowers back to your hub and make up a new arrangement for the next day, let alone not give the suprise away to my wife because you can't deliver on time.
