Spoilt occasion and meaning for delivery

There is a problem with the CapeTown Netflorist delivery,either process related or deiver related. It needs to get sorted before you lose customers. Netflorist has spoilt the meaning and occasion of this delivery. Delivery was out for dispatch since Wednesday, 18-Jan-23 from 10:30. The delivery never arrived and I immediately escalated to the helpdesk. See, my partner is a cancer patient and had to go for medical tests the Thursday, I had a special evening planned Wednesday evening. Thursday morning after explaining the predicament to the helpdesk, the driver asked for the house address after I indicated that my partner is at the hospital on Thursday for tests. This forced the delivery out to Friday. The delivery has now arrived with a beautiful personalized plant, but the extra gift sent with wasn't delivered. What a disaster Netflorist. Feels like you are pushing adds to social media platforms and can't keep up with the demand. I've always only used Netflorist, I'm finding your services in the Western Cape to be highly disappointing. Last delivery my partner sent to me was late, now this delivery. Please consider being in contact with the sender when you can't meet expectations rather than just doing as you please? For me this just goes against what Netflorist stands for. I am a deeply disappointed customer, and unfortunately my situation makes the experience even worse!
