Spoiling the surprise

hi<br> <br> I'm super angry with Netflorist, this is the 2nd time when i order flowers for my lady, and they failed to deliver it... always i must make alternative arrangements for flowers to be delivered, i called them 3 times finding out of everything is on track, they assured me everything is correct, now they come back saying the address is wrong but they delivered 3 times before for me at the same address... waited 15mins on line for a agent spoke them them for 15mins they asked if they can call me back i said no ill hold and after another 5mins the call got dropped without me being helped. i have recordings of all calls every made with them... i think the service they showed me is pathetic especially for a guy that used them more than 4 times....
