Spoiling the surprise...

<p>After numorous calls to Netflorist and trying to arrange a delivery by latest 16:00 because the person leaves work then , I am told I must call the person and ask them to stay at work later so they can deliver the flower later than requested, clearly NetFlorist does not understand the idea of surprise flowers... I beleive you guys could of made a plan way earlier in the day or warned me and I would of made alternitive arrangements, just shows you we cannot rely on NetFlorist to keep the suprises happening</p>
