Spoiling special days

Last time ever to use Netflorist!!! In December 2018, my sister-in-law bought a R2000 bouquet of sunflowers for our wedding, it looked aweful, and we had no other choice than to rearrange them, and throw the bad ones. When we complainted, they send us a bunch of sunflower the day after our wedding, that looked just as bad. Last week my wife bought me 24 red roses on my first day back at work after a months sickleave,and within 3 days the top of the flower started to become black, asif they were kept in a freezer. The next they we threw them away!!! We are talking about R3000 on 2 occasions. We were huge Netflorist supporters, spending alot of money forgifts, but no more flowers....
