Spoiling an Aneversary Surprize.

Ordered a wedding anniversary gift to be delivered to my wife's place of business the day before, after not receiving anything, I relayed the message that the same package should be delivered the next day. They still failed to deliver the package on the agreed-upon date. Poor customer service and difficulty in getting hold of anyone to query one's delivery confirmation.
