Spoiled the occation by not delivering

I sent flowers to my friend who I couldn`t see on her birthday hoping to surprise her and make up for not being there. It cost me over R300. Netflorist sent me an email to say it has been delivered so I did not call her, thinking she would call me when she receives it.<br> <br> The next morning her husband sent me a messge to say they never received anything. I phoned Netflorist twice and was promised each time that someone would call me back.<br> <br> No one ever called me back.<br> <br> The flowers were delivered in the end with the card and balloon I ordered and paid for, but it was after the fact. They delivered it the day after her birthday - keeping in mind that on her birthday I received a message from NetFlorist saying that it had been delivered already!!
