Spoiled birthday surprise

<p>Ordered 36 roses to surprise my wife for her birthday on 10 May 2016</p> <p>Waited whole day for delivery and was informed the next morning only that the delivery will only take place the following day at 08h00</p> <p> </p> <p>After speaking numerously with the call centre who confirmed that delivery will take place the same day</p> <p> </p> <p>I then cancelled the order the following day and was told to wait 3-7 days for a refund</p>
