Spoiled a special occasion with *********** svs

I ordered a special bouquet of flowers from netflorist and a special perfume my wife loves for valentines. The website entices you to add to your order to make the delivery extra special. So I did and I explicitly explained I wanted the stuff together. A week before Valentines they deliver the flowers and no perfume. I was shocked as I explicitly explained both must arrive on valentines. I complained and Cazley manuel advised they will rectify it and send me a new bunch of flowers and the perfume on valentines. So valentines come and the flowers arrived and guess what no perfume. Called in yet again and was promised a call back. Waited the whole weekend without a call back. With valentines ruined and no perfume for which i paid R1200 for the whole order I then managed to speak to the manager who then managed to get my order delivered with a little cheap peace offering. Now a month later a receive a call from them and they requested me to write a nice report here. What a joke. Anyway the whole order was sorted out way after valentines. No need to call me
