Special gift ruined by Netflorist

They don't even deserve a single star!! I am absolutely shocked and heartbroken. I ordered a very special gift for my 11yrs old nephew who is recovering from surgery. My gift was specifically (a crate with a GET WELL SOON balloon, fruits, chocolates, chips and biscuits). I knew this gift will lift up his spirits as it had all his favourite snacks. But to my huge surprise Netflorist delivered a lousy pot plant. What is a 11yrs old supposed to do with a ****** pot plant!! The disappointment on his face was heartbreaking. As my first order with Netflorist, I regret ordering from them, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Appalling service and they are a *****!! They take people's monies and do not deliver as advertised.
