Special day which has turn into a devastate day

On the 17/08/2018, which was my anniversary with my MRS and knowing how women appreciate a gift on this special day but this has turn into a devastate day. Hearing how good your guys are, I decided to order a package with yourself for the first time knowing the quality that you'll provide seeing and hearing your reviews, so I placed my order online as I was looking at the pictures online which was very eye catching for a Cerise & Turquoise Anniversary Edible Arrangement and for Enchanted Abracadabra Rose Bouquet order number ********** 83, as that went well also called in to ensure I was completing the right order. Order was placed for my Mrs. and was delivered to her, when she received the item she picked up the call and her actual words was, is this what you got for me? what have you done? is this what I get for my first anniversary ? HOW CAN YOU EMBARRASS ME IN-FRONT OF MY STAFF AND FELLOW WORKERS? , which I was shocked and confused as to what she was saying at that stage, so I asked her to cool down as she was in tears and anger had kicked in, so I asked her what’s wrong, she advise me that what has been delivered is a disgrace, the flowers that she had received is dead, so I asked her to send me a picture which she had done, when looking at the picture I couldn’t believe the type of service received and seriously when I received this my heart broke as Net-florist has destroyed a perfect day, so I called in and spoke to one of your adviser and he mentioned that the flowers will open up tomorrow, so my first question was, is my anniversary Today or tomorrow? As he said he understands its today but that’s how the flowers is and kept on telling me that he is sure that it will open tomorrow, which took his word, when I informed my Mrs. she never wanted to speak to me. The thing is , my special day was on the 17/08/2018 not the 18/08/2018, what I seen online needs to be adhered to when placing the order, I don't care about the flower's the next day as that is Net Florist to take care of and to ensure that when seen online as that attracts a customer eye not the next day , the special day is the same day I placed my order which opens the door to have a great day with my Mrs., thanks to Net Florist my whole day was destroyed as my wife did not want to go out for supper with me or not wanting to see my face, my first anniversary destroyed as I was putting my trust into you'll, never would I even think about in the future to order with you'll and yes I publish this article further

I can’t believe the type of service you’ll would provide and ruin my whole day, I had had people laughed at me on the day due to your ****py service, how do you’ll think I feel? what do you’ll think? What was you’ll attention? Is this a service you’ll provide ? Now I need to make this is up to my wife thanks to you’ll
