I received a message that it was going to be delivered from RAM at 06h31 yesterday morning indicating that it was going to be delivered. i forwarded the immediately to the recipient immediately advising them to expect the GIFT. At 11h45 i received a call from the courier advising he was outside the address. I called the recipient who advised me that they were on their way back from the shop and would be there in about 5 minutes. I informed the courier accordingly and asked him to wait a few minutes. 8 MINUTES LATER THE COURIER CALLED ME AND I TOLD ME HIM THAT TO THROW THE PARCEL AWAY! The reason I reacted like this was because I had already received a call from the recipient saying that they are outside but the courier was not there. Every so often I use your services and I can confidently say that every time there seems to be an issue. Being a regional area the courier should have been more accommodating. In fact in comparison to other couriers that have fulfilled orders, a call is made to confirm time. Surely a person receiving a gift is not expected to wait from 06h31 for a delivery. When i used their website chat i get told that the order was cancelled and when i queried where is the refund, the chat went silent.
