So much for rendering a service

<p>I had ordered a gift for someone special. It was supposed to be delivered at a work place on a Friday. But hey its 6pm. Guess who is at the office at that time...</p> <p> </p> <p>There was a reason that I had picked this specific date for delivery. So now this special person will not be around any longer. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your call centre agents Chezrin and Valentino had cut my call on numerous occasions on me trying to enquire where and when the gift would arrive.</p> <p> </p> <p>So much for paying for a really rotten service. </p>
