So dissapointed

I sent a fruit basket and box of chocolates to my daughter to wish her good luck for her exams. She received 4 apples, 6 bananas, 2 peaches and naartjie for R199. The fruit was not of good quality and the naartjie was actually rotten. I paid R70 for a box of Lindt chocolates and she only received a slab of chocolate. Instead of this being a sweet thought it has turned out to be a nightmare. She is so upset about the money that I have wasted. It's so strange that Netflorist ask you to put your complaints or compliments on Hello Peter and yet they are a company that does not respond!
