So disappointing! Dead roses aren't special!

I ordered my selection of roses for my wife and they arrived.<br> <br> The roses are burnt and basically dead! Roses came in a vase and not in paper as per my order with a lint wrapping.... The extra card was not needed, as I bought a card for my words. <br> <br> So very disappointed and would never recommend this to anyone!<br> <br> I paid good money for this service and hoped that you guys will at least spend some time bundling the roses!<br> <br> I would like a refund or fresh roses to be delivered to my wife ... no one deserves burnt dead roses, to make them feel special!<br> <br> Ridiculous!<br> <br> Please phone me asap!
