So disappointing 😞

I ordered a father's day gift which was a personalized gown and slippers. Delivery was quick however the quality of the gown and of the personalization is terrible for the price I paid + the gown came on it's own, the slippers were not there. Not the first I am receiving an incomplete order from Netflorist, the other time it was a chocolate and I decided to let it go. This is not on. Order number ***
