Smallest bunch of flowers for a huge amount

I did a telephonic order with Netflorist and requested flowers between R400 - R500 (expecting something amazing). My mom who was the recipient of the flowers sent me a picture of it and WHAT A SHOCK!!! It looks like something that I number 1 could have just shoved in a vase myself and number 2 it looks like it could have been maybe R100.00. I then phoned Netflorist to ask them to please give me a refund and I told them the flowers can be picked up from the recipient as I will use a different supplier. I also told LINDI that I work for a massive corporate company and that Netflorist is our number 1 supplier, and that we will no longer be using Netflorist as this is shocking... she just said ok... WHAT A WAY TO SPOIL my poor mother's day even more, as this was sympathy flowers!!!!
